Membership is A$7 per month for play access plus a keep-forever copy of that month’s latest game builds (or a later month if that build is removed).

If a charge is a genuine error, or the service was not provided, contact the owner.

Cancel month-by-month any time; you keep the month you already paid for until it ends, then the grace / leftover rules in the Terms apply.
